kind of like 16.7% discount, since you are getting 60 credit with 50 dollar. Further, it is TWO cards and could not be combined. And you have to spend the 10 dollar one before the end of Jan 2025.
But it is still a good deal!

This is in no way shape or form better than the BOGO deal, this is a pass the BOGO at least gets you a value up to their most expensive entree option which would be like $13-14 around here, compared to just $10....
Rabbi! $10,it's a 20% off $50...You can't find a better deal on a gift card...
Last Chipotle deal at best Buy was $50 GC for $42.50(15% off).
This is good enough for me.
But you can wait next graduation deal(if it will ever happened again) and have a bonus card in a form of free bowl...
Good luck.

Their system seems confused at the moment. It received my ordered and immediately e-mail me about they couldn't process the order. Maybe the deal is dead?

Meh, pass for me! Especially since their app and gift cards are completely unusable if you have more than one or a small remaining balance forcing you to order in store to use the rest of it....

Was about to grab 2 cards. 20% free!
I'd like to politely point out a small correction. The discount isn't actually 20% off. What we have here is a $60 gift card being sold for $50. If we calculate the percentage savings, it comes out to approximately 16.67% off the original value.

First Claim (20% extra free)
  • If you think of it as "I buy $50, and I get $10 extra free", then you receive 20% of your $50 purchase value in bonus funds.
This viewpoint focuses on the extra value you gain relative to what you paid.

Second Claim (~16.67% off)
  • If you think of it as "I now have $60 worth of value for only $50", you're calculating the percentage discount on the total value ($60).3
This viewpoint focuses on the percentage savings relative to the total value of the gift card you now hold.
Both statements are mathematically correct:
  • The first (20%) describes how much extra value you get relative to what you paid.
  • The second (~16.67%) describes how much you saved relative to the total value of the gift card.
The disagreement arises because they're describing the promotion from two different reference points. Neither is "wrong," but clarity is key to avoid confusion.
