Have to get $20 worth of other groceries as well to get the 6.99/lb price. Just a heads up! Also, when I freshly signed up for the app, the app gave me a $5 off coupon as well!

This is USDA choice. However, most all beef in their 3 days sale is not. It is USDA inspected not graded. Usually from Brazil or Mexico and not worth the price.

Publix has the same price. Which do you think sells the better cut?

Depends on which place has the one with the most marble in it.

Grocery stores source their meat differently by region. So it varies by location.

Agreed, I've always seemed to have better luck with Winn Dixie than Publix when it comes to buying quality beef.

Same. Usually for me it's Costco > Winn-Dixie > Publix > Aldi for quality. I bought one of these and cut em up into 1.5in steaks to sous vide. Marbling was pretty good for the price.
