Not sure why you got a thumbs down. This matches the wildly popular thanksgiving deal WD had on their site during thanksgiving. Yes, it's not as good a price per GB as has been last year. But prices for HD's have crept up this year, and this is the best price this season for such a drive.

This looks like a good deal but the same deal can/will be had at WD from time to time, where cashback on a certain portal goes up to like 25-30% on top off that - making this subpar
