I have a few of these. If you're gonna use it for food, I have to say, it doesn't fit much in there. 20oz is like the size of a large coffee mug..

Agreed with what some others have said—the 20 oz bowl (especially with the notches) is pretty tight. I can fit ramen made with 2 cups of water, but can't add anything else to it without it spilling out the hole/notch.

I did pick up a couple 30 oz bowls, we'll see if it allows me a little more flexibility in how I eat my instant ramen.
