Also jumped on a $15 minecraft set to get to the $35 free shipping, that also had $4 walmart cash.

Walmart cash is essentially a rebadge Walmart gift card. That being said, It is not possible to have it converted to actual cash. You know…the green dollar bill. Not calling you dummy or anything. I'm simply making a point here.
Free $ obviously which is great unless you can find AND PROVE that these deals are overpriced at Walmart or elsewhere…or neither. Like how we may have seen identical deal i.e. spend $100, get $15 coupon' from Target.

I haven't tried it, but supposedly you can cash out, but w/ $25 minimum in the store. Not a simple task though.
