This is about what I paid, maybe in 2023 or 2022. Total brand wh0re purchase as I own better portable speakers in this category for less cost, more features and better sound quality in a smaller size. Still, it's nice to have the ability to have the interchangeable battery and a more durable covering. My Anker and Sony speakers look pretty banged up by comparison, but their sound is more dynamic. I do miss having a simple FM radio ability built in.

There is a Lowe's deal with a 20v 1.7ah battery and charger for $79 posted here. Seems like a better deal

Is it me or have Dewalt and Hiking boots been stealing the show this holiday season on Slickdeals?

I love mine! Great because I have so many batteries and it even works with the 12V. I just bought the Partybox 110, but it's meant for loud music, not for an office with calls being made. I tried it and precision sound isn't its forte. This is good for that. I've used it in my delivery truck and times when I wanted to use Bluetooth. I've had mine 5 years, no regrets.

I've got the FLEX version, which has FM stereo and is larger than this DeWalt for roughly the same $. I guess it would depend on whether you're in the FLEX ecosystem or not.

Something like this one: https://www.ebay.com/itm/326370352010

For an additional $12 this is a no brainer

nevermind: it's now $22 more. still a good deal on a battery but not a great deal especially if you already have a bunch.

I wish there was a way to put my Bose Soundlink inside this.
