Note: This is probably an Re-released of BD790i SE model. I found the only difference is that it has HDMI 2.1 port compared to HDMI 2.0 on the past model. Because of that, probably the BIOS from normal BD790i and BD790i SE will also work on this. They already have released 4 BIOS, version 1.4 to 1.9 and a lot of people in Reddit and in SD forum, confirmed that it has enabled 96GB max ram support, 5600 Ram speed, Ram overclocking and PBO and Curve Optimizer
Yeesh, customer service is that bad? That's disappointing, I was eyeing this for a quick SFF upgrade.

It's basically the same as the BD790i SE with the original BD790i's CPU but with the things the other SE model has been missing (Wifi/BT and SSD heatsink). The 790i SE has the 7940HX while the 795i SE has the same 7945HX that came in the original BD790i (the board I actually have)
Alright, I picked up one of these bd795i se's on Amazon and put it together today. The board seemed high quality. Heatsink was nice. The WiFi key install is a little weird. I had to put the nut on the external antenna plug after the io cover was on. The board would not seat on its mounts otherwise. In the BIOS there are few over clocking options besides amd precision boost and it's pegged at 100w. You can set the MTs speed of ram also manually set the timings in hexadecimal if you want or set the infinity fabric speed and divider. (I played around a lot in the bios, but returned everything to stock before installing windows) Everything was going fine, I had been in and out of the BIOS a dozen times, idk why but after the first reboot a windows install calls for it died after the "MinisForum" splash screen. Rebooted... Same. Then the stability just deteriorated after that. Could barely get into the BIOS and it would crash once in. Then fans on Max for 30s, then slow for 60s, then die. Just fans on Max for 30s and dead now, like many bad boards. Pretty sure it's a failed board just from failure behavior. Yes, yes I reset the bios and unplugged everything but the ram. Even pulled one stick and tried it one by one. But, overall I still like it and think it's a good product and would make a good PC for some. Just not my style, too vanilla with minimal tweaking options in the bios.
