You speak as if they're going to eat these devices; they're not.
But yeah, it would be nice if Murica had real consumer protections

The body will work fine for your usage but it's an overspend for vlogging and doesn't make use of it's biggest strengths. This is a photo first body/sensor. You're better off with the XS series within Fuji.
So personally if I were still using APSC I'd just stick to an F4 zoom and get a couple fast primes (which I had to with F2.8 anyways) for nights/indoors. Zooms on APSC can be tough because of this.

Everything else said in the comment could be true but this statement is just regurgitated stuff and gives away the lack of experience with this camera/sensor. Unless somebody's a professional, they'd be hard-pressed to push this camera out of its comfort zone in low light situations. Or maybe the other way around as well - if they're a novice they'd take iffy images, sure 🤷

It is; and should be longer.
It would be fraud for the seller not to refund you, regardless of their return policy. A credit card issuer would process this for you and spare you the legal proceedings. You would likely keep the camera, too.
No, I'm not sure why someone would eat a camera. I suggested fujifilm wouldn't be eating a loss. Those are two very different statements.
No, I'm happy with my T-30.
