250W is too underpowered, range is drastically limited. For half price I'd think about it.
It's mid-drive. They require substantially less power than hub drives. They also tend to be more expensive than hub drives.

Great deal for a mid-drive. ($10,000 eMTBs have 250w mid drives)
Probably worth taking the savings and putting a cheap suspension fork and seat post on it.

Does this come with a throttle on the handlebar?

I couldn't find that info. You'd probably have to contact them to ask. But I doubt that it does.
Most mid drives don't have throttles. You need to pedal to engage the motor.
I did notice that it has 80nm of torque. That's very respectable. My eMTB also has 80nm and it climbs like a mountain goat. I can climb mountain trails that I never could without assist.

edit: I went to the manufacturer's site. No throttle.

You might be able to get parts from Bafang to add a throttle? Luna mid-drive bikes have them.

With a bafang mid drive (likely a torque sensor system) and hydraulic disc brakes Id say its a great deal. Never mind the 250w rating. That is fine. Never mind a throttle either. The idea is to pedal with assistance. I have a 500 watt bafang mid drive and honestly I use the lowest assist level %90 of the time. Only when an incline demands more will I select a higher level. (I paid 3x this. If the frame geometry works for me I would have boughtthis in a second)

Looks like a site-wide sale, are any of the other bikes a good deal? I'm 6'1, think I need a Large

This is a steal at this price….mid drive Bfang torque motor and UL listed battery. The watts are not important, the 80Nm torque Is when comparing to rear hub based bikes.
Being mid drive, its a real step up from hub drive for balance and response if you want a bike with assist for tough hills or long rides. If you want a scooter or run via throttle primarily, look elsewhere at a hub drive.
Id be in for this if I didn't already get the Yamaha clearance SD a few months ago at $1200. This is even better, even if the bike is lower grade this can easily be upgraded over time,

Do not order from this company. I fell for it on the last deal and it has been an absolute nightmare.

The first bike arrived damaged and unusable. They refused to honor their return policy, insisting that I either repair it myself (they sent me a link to a YouTube video wtf) or bring it to a mechanic at my own risk. Suffice to say, I opened a credit card dispute and am still fighting to retain my credit.

The second bike hadn't been shipped when the issues with the first began, so I requested a cancellation, which they confirmed. Then they shipped it anyway. I refused the delivery. It arrived at their facility 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received a refund. Another dispute was opened and I'm having to deal with that now.

Edit: just checked and the first dispute was finally resolved in my favor just this morning. Now on to the second dispute…

Dang. That sucks. I wonder if they allow pick up for those that live nearby. But they don't list an address. The phone # suggests they're in Dalls/FW/Plano, TX.

You better buy a "mukkpet" from Amazon. At least you can be sure you can get your money back. Smilie

Just a side note since we're talking mid drive ebikes:
I have a Hyper full-suspension eMTB. It's the lowest price mid drive MTB that I could find. And it's been fantastic.(not comparing it to $5k bikes). And service, from those that have needed it, has been good. Parts and extra batteries are cheap ($200 for a spare battery).
I paid $1298 on sale.
Amazon has them for $999.99 right now. Last fall Walmart had them for $799. I almost bought a spare bike at that price and probably should have. lol
