Good deal for stainless but for 10$ you get "D2" steel, one handed operation, pocket reversible clip, and it's clone of a $180-ish knife. And it's still in stock

Walmart needs to clone more benchmades.

but still thumbs up for beater knives for around the house, car, shop.

Looks like the D2 is out of stock for shipping and no store has it around me. They only have it in stock when I don't need to order anything else to meet the $35 limit.

A clone? The Walmart blade thickness is half of a Benchmade. It's $10 because it's worth $10. Personally I'd rather spend $20 more and get a real blade made of actual D2; there's plenty of Bokers and the like made of real D2, often on sale in the $30 range. This orange chinesium is junk with poor heat treating as proven in many honest YouTube reviews. Don't jump on the chinesium bandwagon

So the Benchmade is worth $20 since it is double the thickness? Also the Benchmade doesn't have a liner yet a $10 knife can afford a liner.
