Look for the banner showing the coupon giveaway on JCPenney's website to see if your store is a participating store (usually yes) with the store locator and zip code search. Picture attached:
For those new to these coupon giveaways, you have to show up in line a bit before (maybe 30 to 45 minutes) to make sure they don't run out by the time you get to the front of the line when they pass out the coupons at 9 AM. There is usually a sign on the door if there are multiple entrances.
There are usually many restrictions on these coupons, good on sale items but not usually on clearance items or special deals. Bring a smartphone to magnify the fine print.
