The game comes with a set of songs and the subscription gives u access to a library of them. I am almost certain they give you a trial for checking it out so see if it's something that interest u

Yes. Just dance is a hub now so all the songs from the editions u previously purchased are in the hub. I think that started in 2022 or 2023 when it became an all digital title

9y/o niece tells me that the phone camera scoring is better(more accurate) than using the joycons and hasn't had any problems
