You can get prints of up to 5 pictures; total of prints across all pictures has to be 5 (or more).

This is normally a per-account but I'd play it safer and go per-store. If you use more then one account, if you can spread it out to different stores as well.

Did this last week, with matte prints. They actually turned out very nice. Make sure you click the full resolution option upon uploading them.

I used to know where the full resolution choice was but now the site is different and I didn't see it.

Also, were you on the app or the website? I had the option for matte on the website, but not the app.
