Only had 2 issues with it... 1 was the smaller motor on it... The motor lasted roughly a year... I put a 5hp motor on it.. runs much better ... n I wired it into its own lever on /off switch... The on/off on it had to b replaced 2times... I bought an exact factory replacement for it from a parts place n that broke too... So that why I have it hard wired on the lever now... No issues with it since I did that. N had the lever for 2yrs now.

DeWalt customer service didn't help you out either time?

"Only"? When the motor only lasted a year, that's a BIG issue.

Looks just like my 60-gal 230V Kobalt/ Campbell Hausfeld clone. My first cast iron compressor pump died after some heavy die grinder use when the unit was still bolted to its mini pallet (my fault... excessive vibration and under-volting are why these die ).After CH sent a warranty replacement pump (made in China), I mounted compressor to the floor with threaded rod epoxy anchors and Kobalt rubber pad kit. It's still running and more quiet now.

I definitely agree with @mcchunk1 re: the pressure switches on these units being crap. I wired in #10-2 (because I had some #10... #12 is minimum required) Romex to 240V 20A double pole wall switch to a 240/20 air conditioning outlet & cord. I haven't had to touch the flimsy built-in switch again (9-years later).

I looked at these a while ago, normally a fan of dewalt stuff but these just aren't worth the premium.

I bought a California air tools compressor instead. On sale for Black Friday it was less than this. I'm really impressed by the whole package.
