I got an XFX 7900xt for $608 with tax but I had coupons. No one is getting these for $600 without that. Plus if the new AMD card is weaker than the 7900xt like the rumors say. Then the value will go up, if again the rumored price is $650 for the new card.

I agree though the rest of the deal is weak based on that CPU listed. You can get the 7800x3d bundle at microcenter for $650 with a good board and ram. You are at $1300 with the GPU. If you value shopped on the storage, psu and case. You could be right at this price but with better parts.
You could say that about any brand of computer. That's such irrelevant and useless info.
This is a nice PC! I will wait a few days before buying this PC, hopefully it goes down in price like the previous two deals.

Bad price. Not even close.

That gpu is worth $600, the rest of the cheap parts is worth $1000? The 4 extra cores over a 7700 won't even give you any gaming performance.

I do not know that deal but a 7900xt is like 10% slower than a regular RTX 4080. The super version will be even more faster than this card.

I just pulled the trigger on that Costco deal like an hour ago. Maybe I should've waited but I do feel more comfortable purchasing from Costco than Walmart. Not sure whether that comfort is worth $365 more.

Not thrilled with pre build computers for gaming. But I went to Costco's webpage. You are paying extra for a faster GPU, plus Costco has better warranty and customer service than Walmart. I'd buy the Costco PC for the extra money over this one.

I still believe the 7900 GRE deal for $999 was way better, the only difference is the GPU and Ryzen 7 vs Ryzen 9, that's around 20% more performance and FPS, but the price difference is more than 60%!. Those who got the 7900 GRE for $999 still got a better value out of their money.

GRE was a significantly better deal.

Overclocked 7900 GRE is only 2-3% slower than a stock 7900XT. nod

The GRE is 8% faster than a 6800xt. I doubt seriously that overclocking a GRE will get it close to 2%-3% of the xt. The xt is on average 19 fps faster than a GRE and let's say your OC data on the GRE is correct, you could just OC the xt also and maintain the lead over the GRE. The only time buying the slower card worked was back when people were unlocking R9 290 and R9 390 into being X cards. Thats where the whole meme about "should have got a 390" came from.

You're wrong. And this is a by the book overclock within 4.5% of stock 7900xt. The enthusiast forum has seen much higher.

Okay? So, the tuf series card, which I currently have the 6800xt version of can overclock well. Or that particular card has the silicon lottery. What card is the 7900xt? Is it a reference model, etc... Also like I said before, you could just overclock the 7900xt and it would scale up its lead over the GRE.
