Ran full capacity test twice against each version. Here are the result. Plastic version has capacity 149Ah vs metal version capacity as 161Ah with 33-14A little over 0.2c.
Plastic version seams to have worse voltage drifting above 3.45v and ends with single cell over voltage protection above 3.65v to cutoff charging while metal version has very low voltage deviation among 4 cells even after 3.5v and ends with 14.35v set in bench power supply w/o single cell over voltage. So myself liked metal version more than plastic version based on charge curve alone.
The only con for metal is the weight 9lb heavier than plastic one. Metal case also can be stacked provided you put one 1 inch thick wood in between due to the handle on the top

Note that the capacitor on that video was recalled for fire hazard
Update: The sump pump is 12V.
Just starting to look into replacing my Lead/Acid batteries and this seems like fantastic pricing.
Unlikely lithium will give what the lead acid gives for peak amps
You can fix that by just putting two sets in parallel, but these batteries are longer than golf cart batteries, so 6 of them aren't going to fit in most 36v golf carts. The smaller size 100AH batteries are smaller than golf cart batteries in all directions, so 6 of those will fit with no problem. I wouldn't expect any problems with the 120A BMS in these a golf cart anyway, but depending on how that batteries are layed out, even getting 3 of these in could be a little tricky on some golf carts.

Six of the 100AH batteries (using two strings of three in parallel) would work well in a 36v golf cart. It would need to be wired a little bit differently, so some of the battery cable might need to be replaced, but they'll fit fine in anything that currently has six 6v batteries. 48v golf carts would depend on whether they use six 8v batteries or eight 6v batteries to get 48v. Batteries larger than the 150AH probably aren't going to fit in most golf carts.

That said, it will all depend on the weight of the cart, how many passengers on board, size of the tires, and how steep the hills you are going to go up. Ditching your old lead acid batteries can take 250lbs off the weight of your cart which is a huge improvement in efficiency.
