Any ideas if these will work in an regular automobile as a main battery
Not by itself; the max amperage on this is 180A, which is not enough for a car. You would need something like a super capacitor to provide the amps like this: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=xEQ...dHRlcnk%3D

Note that the capacitor on that video was recalled for fire hazard

Warning number 6 says not to use it as a car engine starter battery. Assuming it could crank the engine you'd have to disconnect the alternator when it's done charging. You'd also need a heater for it to work below 20 Deg F

Could this be used to power a back-up sump pump in a crawl space?

Update: The sump pump is 12V.

Anyone know if these would work well hooked in series for a 48v Golf cart?

Just starting to look into replacing my Lead/Acid batteries and this seems like fantastic pricing.
For golf carts, your max current would be a problem. Most good lithium batteries can do short higher amperage to give you the torque needed for quicker starts. If this is internally fused lower, then you could have an issue when than max amperage is needed.

Nope, only if you maybe have an EV which does not require high Amperage crank to turn the engine over.

I just ordered them for my golf cart. In one of the last posts about these batteries a guy said he ordered the 100ah ones and they worked for him. But these are the 150ah on which look I identical to the lead acid ones I have in my golf cart. The dimensions are the same for width and length. I will be using a Lester Summit 2 charger for the batteries.
Check what the ampere requirement for your cart is, compare to these batteries and reduce by maybe 20% (battery rating).

Unlikely lithium will give what the lead acid gives for peak amps

Cool, thanks for the reply! My main concern is the 150amp built in BMS (x3, for each battery). My initial research is saying that a higher amperage single BMS is the best setup as the amp demand spikes of golf cart can trigger an over discharge shutdown.
These are 120A BMS, not 150A, but that said, I've used 100ah LiFePo4's with a 100A BMS in golf carts without any problems. I don't see anything other than sustained current (120A) specs on these, but the BMS in this kind of batteries is usually able handle double the sustained current for a few seconds, which is generally enough for the demand spikes on a golf cart... you could potentially have some issues on big hills, but I haven't had any problems.

You can fix that by just putting two sets in parallel, but these batteries are longer than golf cart batteries, so 6 of them aren't going to fit in most 36v golf carts. The smaller size 100AH batteries are smaller than golf cart batteries in all directions, so 6 of those will fit with no problem. I wouldn't expect any problems with the 120A BMS in these a golf cart anyway, but depending on how that batteries are layed out, even getting 3 of these in could be a little tricky on some golf carts.

There are a variety of batteries with the same 30% off deal from Eco-Worthy on eBay. I don't have a golf cart, so no idea what the space constraints are. Lager capacity batteries have larger capacity BMSs, generally about 1C (the discharge rate that drains the bettery in one hour).

A couple other sources for info on hooking up batteries, panels, inverters, etc. is Will Prowse on YouTube. He runs a forum called diysolarforum.com where people discuss all kinds of setups, issues, and reviews on pretty much everything related to solar, batteries, inverters, etc.

So if it can't be connected to an alternator one can not use this battery on a dual setup for a camping rig?

Six of the 100AH batteries (using two strings of three in parallel) would work well in a 36v golf cart. It would need to be wired a little bit differently, so some of the battery cable might need to be replaced, but they'll fit fine in anything that currently has six 6v batteries. 48v golf carts would depend on whether they use six 8v batteries or eight 6v batteries to get 48v. Batteries larger than the 150AH probably aren't going to fit in most golf carts.

A lot of the commercial lithium golf cart packs target a max continuous discharge rating of 200A, even 400A for 35 seconds.

That said, it will all depend on the weight of the cart, how many passengers on board, size of the tires, and how steep the hills you are going to go up. Ditching your old lead acid batteries can take 250lbs off the weight of your cart which is a huge improvement in efficiency.

It's a 20% off coupon. And not Lager capacity, LoL. Larger capacity. Sorry for the typos.

If the sump pump runs on 12VDC, then yes. If it's 120VAC you will need an inverter, in which case, something like this should do:
