Actually eBay warranty of 2 years is better than Amazon. I had another model of vacuum before upgrading to S7 Pro Ultra and eBay refunding me like 18 months into it the whole money.

I ordered a Q Revo during the last refurbished deal and mine came with a missing dust bin and filter, 6 hours of run time, and the previous owner's maps still saved on the unit. Support has been pretty helpful. They sent me a new dustbin and a couple of filters a couple of days later, but on my first use the robot, it got error 13 and wouldn't dock. I found that the rear sensor had a crack in it (hard to see without really inspecting). So I contacted them again and they gave me a shipping label to have it go to their service center. They said when the confirmed they received it, they would sent me another refurbished unit. Still waiting on that.

So hit and miss I guess. At least their support is really responsive.
