This is not a high volume seller (I don't say that with glee--premium 2 in 1s with great speakers are practically endangered). Therefore, this far after release, most of the open boxes, ,fair, satisfactory, and sometimes even 'excellent' , conditions can be former floor models. I've bought several. All had at least minor burn in. And one was locked in store mode (annoying to fix). I would make sure you check it out in the parking lot before driving home but good deal if you get a legit return
