Picked up a fair condition earlier that said it had damage, scratches and missing things but was in flawless condition and came with power cord also. No pen though

my local best buy had a fair and a good. I ordered them both to see if either was acceptable. I previously bought an excellent OLED touch screen laptop and it had the worst screen burn in, so I had to return it.
This a a great deal if you can snag one. Too bad I bought a Lenovo Slim 7i last month for $550
While PCMag is a trusty source, I find it quite hilarious these batteries tests. They loop a 720p video at 50% brightness on a 1800p screen and call this a battery test.
I managed to get one good condition for pickup for 529, honestly quite an amazing deal. I was lucky on my last open box fair purchase where the laptop had 2 cycles on the battery, let's see how this one fares.

I am looking for one but I need at least 6 to 7 hours of battery life.
What's the return policy of BB on these?
Also do you find out about the battery cycles? Any good apps?

Its really one of the few easy consistent ways to compare light usage. Yes you probabably wont get 18 hrs, but 10-12hrs seems realistic.
I think most open boxes will have a dozen battery cycles at most. My 'refurb' 7i only had 2 battery and write cycles too.
