I'd say yes, for Energizer, looking at other postings for the past year, lows seem to be $11.90- it did hit $9.51 once in June, but that was with coupon and subscribe & save on Amazon.
Anything under 50¢ a battery is good.
The 24 pack is 49¢, the 16 is actually a little cheaper at $7.11 with coupon for 45¢.
