Keyboard is perfectly fine IMO.
Make sure you mess with the color profile. I think mine is P3 in the MyAsus app.
The keyboard is fine. The 'Windows Hello' camera simply does not work reliably. (My older ASUS OLED's fingerprint scanner was perfect.)
16GB is fine for most people. The laptop runs super cool and quiet. It barely even gets to lukewarm when resting on a blanket.
My older ASUS (1240p CPU) would be blasting its fan and hot to the touch in the same situation.
Make sure you change the keyboard color from the awful "dollar store blue LED" that it comes standard with. (Customize -> dynamic lighting).
Other than that, Wireless is BLAZING fast. I can get over 135 MB/s over WiFi 7 with MLO. Internet connectivity consistently clocks in at gigabit down, 800 up. (FiOS 940/840 plan). It could likely cap out the "1200 Mb" (and piddling 35 up) plan from Xfinity/Scumcast.
Make sure you turn off SMPS and enable throughput booster in device management, disable PCIE power management in the power plan as well.
For some reason, this is the only laptop I use where I'm *constantly* zooming in and out while using it. I had to disable pinch to zoom in the settings.
As far as build quality, mine lives in my bedroom from when I took it out of the box. Yesterday, a piece of the cheap plastic for the antennas broke off after less than a month of use and *literally* (not like.. oh once I took it to… literally not once) having been anywhere other than the box, my bed, or in my nightstand.
Overall: 8/10, minor improvements needed.

Trying to read between the lines lol
It's a laptop keyboard, and perfectly fine for it's price class IMO as most keyboards out there should be. The last laptops i've used have been Surface Book, Surface Laptop, and Dell Precision and this feels pretty similar when it comes to key travel, F-key usage, and general responsiveness.

Keyboard on this laptop is on par with the worst laptops in $200 range. If you find it perfectly fine it basically means you are fine with more than 95% of laptop keyboards. I own this and a handful of $200 ones with 12th gen i3. The build quality is basically the same for them.

Your comments are basically trying to write-off every (Non-Surface/Apple) laptop keyboard as trash.
Keyboard is perfectly fine IMO.
Just tell them it's now $100 off with the membership ( I purchased a membership today, I don't think they'll honor the membership price if you don't purchase one even if your price matching), and they'll send you a refund.
At 600$( assuming I don't use the membership for anything else) it's an insane deal. Punches way above its weight.
I think I'm also going to pick up some other membership deals, although I'll set a reminder for myself to cancel it before the renewal
tl;dw: punches above it's weight in terms of performance and can compete with the thin & light laptops in the $1k - $1.2k range. There are some sacrifices like the keyboard, case flex, and lower spec OLED screen though.
