I got it on the last go around. Mine came definitely looking used and abused. I had all the attachments, but the unit itself was pretty beat up. Maybe I will contact them like the other people did

Be aware that KitchenAid is moderating reviews of refurb mixers and possibly other items as well. I ran into the issue and others have voiced similar concerns on Reddit. I'm generally happy with my refurb unit but what they're doing is absolutely shameful.

If you make any bread dough, definitely get the bowl lift like this one. More power to mix. The classic definitely struggles more with thick batters/doughs.

It comes with the standard mixing attachments, but I think they're referring to the other optional attachments you can buy such as a meat grinder attachment, pasta making attachment, etc.
