Two-wheels are sturdier. If you look at the bags that the crew carry, they are usually two-wheel type.

Spinners all the way. You want something that wanders off at the slightest slope. No greater excitement than finding your luggage out in traffic because it didn't stay where you put it! The smaller volume teaches minimalism, and the broken wheels give you a weekend fix-it project. Also, the price per wheel is way better when you have more of them.

Sitting here at the gate for a flight to Hong Kong, so I checked - crew all have 2 wheelers. Personally, I far prefer spinners. Just providing you with some scientific data.

This is 23 inches including wheels. That goes over all the official carry on limits in both US and Europe.

The FlightCrew model lone is what air crews buy, not this one. It will serve light travelers fine, but don't think you are buying a rugged model because it says "pilot"

I wish they had a medium sized one on sale.
I'm visiting family and have done some shopping so I need something bigger to take everything home.
Travelpro is great; I was a flight attendant for 15 years and it's what we used.

That's called anecdotal, not scientific lol

Aren't spinners better?
Not in all cases. Spinners are easier to maneuver, but if you're going in a straight line or long distances, two-wheelers conceal their wheels more and are more durable. They really have different use cases and neither is better in all situations.

For me, spinners are a must for carry-on. Isle width is pretty narrow to maneuver without rolling in sideways
This. Can't maneuver a 2 wheel sideways.

Wow. I assumed any current bag is a spinner and didn't realize they still made it without spinning wheels!

You can pack slightly more in two wheels for the same volume a 4 wheel spinner does.

Shipping is still free for orders that are over $99. This is the same as listed in the original post.

Thanks. Picked up the 22 and the 29 to get free shipping. The 29 was $69. Coupon split between the two.
I can not find the 29" , which 22"and 29" you find for $69?

Travel regularly, spinner only carry on for me. Going down the aisle with a spinner sideways is much easier. Two wheeled would always bump people and catch on armrests.
