I use an inflatable cervical traction collar. It looks a little goofy but it's an absolute godsend. So much so, I bought a second one to just for travel.

Looks like this is an electric heater, not infrared. So you'll have to be careful not overusing it causing burn.

I just bought one. It is not too hot, and will run for 15 minutes then auto stop.
