Got the 65" for the same price about a month ago. Came from LG C8 that was 4 years old. Have to say, it's a beaut Clark!

How is the picture quality compared to the C8. Wanted to get a Samsung OLED but it lacks Dolby Vison.

I never got to compare them side by side as I had move the C8 downstairs before getting s90d set up. However, S90D is noticeably brighter. I redid my room so had to move C8 where the window was shining on it and was hard to see. S90D in the same spot doesn't have that problem as it is much brighter. I don't feel I am missing out on DV with S90D and absolutely love the PQ. C8 is now in the basement where it is excelling as well. Speakers on the S90D are louder as well but i bought a Bose 550. No regrets from me.

Thanks. Did some research and it seems DV won't matter much with TVs that reach over 1,000 Nits like the S90d. And Samsung panels having QD-OLED which is supposedly better and brighter than WOLED on LG.
