I had two chargers with them. One had been recalled. One gets super hot when charging two devices at the same time. Customer service advised me to return it. So for my safety and my house I am staying away from this brand. Saying $30-$50 but have a chance to lose my house in the event of fire is not worth it for me. Just my 2cents

Reviews are really mixed.. I'm tempted but think I'm going to pass. Think I'd rather pay just a touch more and have something that is more reliable.
However- a 20k 65w charger is going to start around $35-$40 so this is a smokin deal.

I bought this in June and it's been great. I travel a lot for work and being able to charge my phones/ipad/laptop anywhere at any time has been a life saver. At this price ordered a second so I don't need to keep pulling it out of my travel bag to use when not flying.

Yup, have had this for years... It works great, but that micro usb input was obviously a short-sighted waste of what shoulda been two C's.

Just bought one a few weeks ago. It arrived dead. I tired to charge it and it would only charge to 22%. no matter what I tried. I even let it charge overnight. Returned it and received refund. I never even tried to charge anything with it. This charger felt like it was well built, it is heavy BUT buyer beware, you may have a similar experience to me.

I have this power bank for few months already. I paid around 30$ ita great and charges fast.
