I'll suggest a tent with a full rain fly for better wetness protection and privacy from the morning commuters.

I don't know if this was a joke or not, but if you watch the video of them pitching the tent, it seems to rely on stakes for the structure. This isn't a great thing in general for a tent since you may not always be able to get good soil. For instance if you're downtown.
