No, it's better. I use them both. It has better creap, applies easier by CAN (haven't sprayed it with a sprayer), has better coverage rate, and supposedly lasts significantly longer.

this cheap one works...i slide a piece of tubing on the end to extend the reach. many other on amazon, but for 15 bucks its not bad. Homedepot spray bottles ($2) screw on to it
