My unit did come looking basically brand new though. It has helped keep our floors much cleaner. I could definitely tell things were getting dirtier when the unit was out of commission for a month.

ps:
I forget who made it, I saw a company is coming out with a dual motor brush. each motor spins the opposite way and there is a gap towards the middle so all hair naturally goes tangles towards the center, fall off the roller and gets sucked up. they were calling it guaranteed tangle free or something like that

Still not sure I want to spend more than $300 but I'll definitely check out the L10s.
Update: the link for the L10s Ultra does show comparison between it and the Pro Ultra. There is quite a bump up in performance, making the L10s Pro Ultra more inline with the X30 Ultra. They really should make the numbering better.
As for Roborock vs Dreame, YouTube Vaccum Wars gave a slight nod to the Roborock but said these 2 brands were at the top of the heap. Hopefully I get 4 more years out of the L10s Ultra.
