This seems to be the old model, not the new one with the larger LCD and more features.

I wanted a small welder but haven't done any serious welding in years since I have qualified men around me to take care of the occasional need. Saying that to say I've not kept up with the latest technology or market reputation/prices. I thought of Slickdeals as a source of quick reviews and a focus on today's market. I was originally looking at the $100 plus ballpark for something like the 135 being fully aware I might wish for something more and hating buyer's remorse, I went with this more expensive model. My thought is that if needed the resources would be there and with tariffs results ahead I hope to avoid a different remorse. I know nothing about this brand but having a good year with the Chicom "Neo-Tec" brand chainsaws I was, excited even, to try something with better "bang for the buck" than Lincoln, an old and faithful standard". I'm sure you guys won't let me down. I ordered this before this deal posted thinking it actually is the updated model, so here's hoping.
