is anyone able to send emailed % offs to card? Tried on pc and phone and keep getting "we;re currently fixing an issue with this deal or reward. Please try again later"

Tags in store go to 1/11 so looks like 2 week ad.

RB was wonky today - weeklies printed out as expiring 1/4 but show on computer as expiring today.

Read on one blog that % didn't come off, even though sent to card and buying regular priced items. Let us know if yours works. I'm also going tonight to try.

I was so excited to find the 1/5 inserts in our free weekly papers today, since I still have 2 10/60's to use. Got 2 of the Boost Max. Unfortunately the $7/1 Boost insert q came up invalid. Frown

Invalid... that just stinks because I wanted to use them. My hope is that they start working next week because this week's ad is a 2 week ad.

I also wanted to do the Centrum deal because that insert also has Centrum coupons. Ibotta offer is gone but still a good deal. Maybe, I'll wait until next week for that deal also.

I checked today and both the Boost $7/1 and Centrum $4/1 are not scanning. Coming up as invalid. When I saw that I didn't use my % coupon to trigger a FD for tomorrow. I will have a much higher OOP if I do a $10/$70 tomorrow. I'm hoping they fix the problem and will use my % off either Monday or Tuesday. CVS get your act together.

CVS is so frustrating these days. I went back today hoping overnight they fixed the insert coupons not scanning but they still come up as invalid. People say none of the coupons from the 1/5 insert are scanning. I also tried the $2 Biotene insert and that comes up as invalid as well.

I definitely believe that it's on purpose. The qs still seem to work just fine at other stores. I think they are trying to push that universal coupon program, or whatever it is called, that they agreed to be a part of and are planning to launch soon. It's awfully strange that real qs were working fine, CVS agrees to something new, and all of a sudden they do all these updates that cause valid coupons to scan as invalid.

You are probably correct. The unintended consequence is that they see less traffic in their stores. I was thinking about how P&G eliminated their inserts. Sales probably fell off and surprise last month we got a little mini P&G insert. I looked at the Coupon preview posted here and see another is coming this month. It's possible P&G saw a huge drop off in sales and decided to add a little incentive. I definitely use CVS less since all these coupon problems started happening.

I wouldn't worry too much about P&G. Take a look at their 5-year stock chart. Then look at CVS's 5-year stock chart. You tell me, which company is in trouble?
