In metric, they should've included a 22mm and skipped the 23mm.

Here's a chart of bolt head sizes for ANSI, DIN, and JIS standards.

Looks like these are the following sizes:
SAE set: 1", 1-1/16", 1-1/8", 1-3/16", 1-1/4"
Metric Set: 23mm, 24mm, 26mm, 27mm, 30mm

At just under $3 per wrench with a case for the larger size wrenches this seems pretty slick. Normally if you're needing something in this size range you're probably going to be hitting it with a rubber mallet or more abusive hammers to get stuff loose, and something that you don't care to scratch or damage can be invaluable, and you likely aren't needing it very often.

If you work on newer cars, the metric wrenches is a lifesaver set as most normal wrench sets only go up to 21mm or 22mm. The hex section of a camshaft to hold it still to remove a cam sprocket is like 23+mm, and depending on the car model the hex section for inner tie rods can be 27-29mm. Some cars need a crows foot style wrench to access this kind of thing but having a normal wrench can keep you from having your car apart another day and an uber to go get the right tool when the auto parts store opens.

Is this a good set to buy or is there a more complete set elsewhere?

Lidl sells a 25 piece metric set for $25, but only available a week or two out of the year. It ranges from 6-32mm, only missing 29 and 31mm. Made in India just like this set.

Only one missing IMO is 28mm. The other two sizes I've never came across personally (25 & 29MM). At any rate, if you don't have these sizes at all in combination wrenches, this is better than nothing. Decent prices too.

100% agree. 22mm is super common on metric cars

Seeing something not made in PRC/china is like finding a quarter on the ground.

No. You can't order them just any time you want. Lidl is a grocery store and every week they have a different set of sale items in their home goods section. Their business model is to create impulse buys because you know those items are only available just that week. This is pretty much the set https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qg7-fnB0GW4 My set is 4 years old so it's slightly different; my case is black and the box ends are spline instead of 12 point, model number 346596.

Indian tools are generally the bottom of the barrel and soft as butter
