If you are into cosplay or costume creation, the Harbor Freight anti-fatigue mat (the one that has four puzzle-like pieces, NOT the roll) is one of the cheapest and most accessible sources of Eva foam. With the discount it will come down to 6.99.

I have also used it in a custom vent kit for door/window and I also have two pads under my 3D printer to reduce vibration and noise.

YMMV, but the coupon can usually be applied to more than 5 items and the cashiers usually don't care about the 1 use per person rule.

I can't guarantee it still works this way, but years ago multiple of the same item only counted as one item. I bought a bunch of C clamps and it only counted each size as one item despite buying four of each size. The receipt showed the item, then discount, then quantity. It showed one entry for each size, not each clamp.

I've been waiting for a deal like this to stock up on the Pittsburgh bar clamps. I missed the 20% off all clamps sale last fall and now I'm glad I did, this is a great deal! I figure I'll buy 25 or so clamps over a couple of trips with my wife and son to save about $50.

Some good icon stuff under $20. Several pliers, 1/2 impact extension, dead blow, torx sockets, etc.
I'll be heading by this morning to start stocking up and see how many times they will let me use the coupon today. (Then tomorrow and Sunday… should be able to get at least 3 items but I'm betting they will do more)

No guarantee but, my most recent experience with these coupons (earlier this year), the 30% off applied to all items under $10 (or $20 for ITC) in my cart. These are great for stocking up on consumables (cutting disks, gloves, etc). Also, HF sells more widely stocked items that this coupon is great for as well (think Frog Tape, WD-40, etc).

Since it always gets asked, this coupon will not combine with other item specific coupons or ITC coupons BUT it will work on items that have an instant discount and/or clearance priced items that fall under the price ceiling; basically if it doesn't require you to scan another coupon to get the price (so something that is normally $21.99 but has an instant discount making it $19.99, an ITC member can get an additional 30% off).

The coupon states "5 item limit in store"

But as others have stated, some may apply it to more than 5 items. I'd probably just check out with 5 items at a time to keep it simple. I've used the same coupon multiple times before, but that could be YMMV if the cashier is a stickler.

Can I stack the 30% off coupon with another coupon item?

UPDATE: I went to HF today and bought a few things. The coupons do not stack. Be aware that if you have a coupon item that is (ie. 50% off), the 30% off coupon may override the lower price. I had that happened on one item that I bought today.

I love this coupon but I think I'm actually pretty well stocked up. Best "bargain" with this is the 19.99 bauer glue gun for $14

Typically I use this to stock up on the Avanti small/corner/trim paintbrushes. Ironically I like them more then the home depot and lowes ones. For some reason the harbor freight ones are just the right stiffness/softness balance.

Impact extension bar, bremen locking pliers, pretty much lots of pittsburgh hand tools. Gota love hft get entire set for cheaper price vs competitors get 1 pcs.
