Is there any proven benefit to any of these products? Not just anecdotal reports.

For our dogs, we've read a lot of studies on Fish Oil and ingredients in the joint chews, both have been shown to be beneficial. I don't know about the others, but you would imagine cranberries work the same way in a dog's bladder as a humans.

Actually there are studies in canines showing that at least Omega-3s (fish/salmon oil) are very helpful in osteoarthritis. I would buy fish or salmon oil before a chew or supplement--a lot of what they put in them are at either a lower therapeutic dose than needed or if questionable efficacy (e.g., MSM).

Here's a link to one of the many studies on the impact of Omega-3s on osteoarthritis: https://avmajournals.avma.org/vie...6.1.59.xml

There are at least four others if you use Google (try "Omega-3 canine osteoporosis efficacy")

If you're looking for good fish oil supplements, try the NOW brand. They have one specifically for dogs, but the dosage in it is the same as the one for humans they sell and twice the price

Please, please be careful with this brand! My friend's dog got into some "treats" and ate 3/4 of the bag. The phone number on the product was DISCONNECTED! We Googled and the chat on their website DIDN'T WORK! The phone number for the business office went unanswered! Finally, it took them nearly a week to respond on Facebook to ads they were running!

What was the problem with their product?

I bought the allergy chews. Dogs like the taste but certainly did not help with their scratching or licking of their skin. Won't buy again.

No, but the pills for humans can be a good bet for dogs, just look at the dosages
