Sounds like it might have been a little too effective at clearing stuff out of your engine which ended up accelerating the clogging of your cat and was the final straw that broke the cat's back.

According to MSDS no P.E.A, Polyetheramine. Lists Hydrocarbyl amine as the detergent. Seems both are similar and should clean about the same? Thats as far as I'm digging for now. I'll buy a couple for the price.

Ordered a couple items from local Advance Auto stores yesterday that had deep discounts, got a cancelled email back on one item and no confirmation email on the other yet. Also looked at two items today that had increased in price from yesterday which was unfortunate. Gave ordering 2 of these a try as well...

This does not do much if added to the gas. But if you suck it through the intake/throttle body, slowly, then it will clean that much better.

No PEA. So won't work in many modern cars with Direct injection and Turbo engines.
