Unfortunately that hasn't been the case for me. I treat mine better than decent and they developed drift within a year or two. Four years since I bought my Series X, I've had to replace the controllers three times so far.

I feel like if I cared so little about something that I didn't even want to leave the site I was on to type it into a search box, I probably wouldn't be looking to buy it...

YMMV on the quality of these controllers. No hell effect. Mine started to drift within 3 months of using them

While the drift stick effect is a thing, simply don't blow it out of proportion.

thought the same until I learned users like this are simply "unreal users" by design to promote, traffic and likeness aka more $ for SD. "Unreal users" act like natural human being however they're are stupidly incompetent by design.

All you gotta do is ignore and don't answer the obvious question like "will this 85 in 4k tv fit in my sedan?". Almost like we don't feed the trolls but it a different animal.

For what it is worth, I am an old gamer that occasionally has rsi pain between work and gaming. The Xbox controllers have the third best economics for me. I found the 8bitdo Pro2 and "ultimate Xbox," and Nintendo pros to be better/more comfortable. Your experience may vary of course. 8bitdo of various kinds are on sale now on Amazon and their own sight.

On my 3rd controller -- how do you avoid stick drift on these (or another controller)? I take care of them; wash hands before using them; and they seem to die in 3-6 months.
