I'm just glad I didn't pay this much when I got it off AE. I've gone back to the spouted bowl and a silicon spatula. Less hassle.

The idea seems great in theory, but when you actually use it, you realize how much of a pain it is to use. It leaks. The mixing "ball" isn't strong enough to mix thicker pancake batter. Lots of batter is left in a solid state in the vessel as a result no matter how hard you shake. The way you load it was a bit awkward from what I recall. It's so tall that it doesn't fit in my dishwasher, thus cleaning it is an outright nightmare. It's just horrible execution on a great idea.
It's something I used once and never again.
Get yourself a mixing bowl and a whisk, and you'll be far, far happier, trust me.
P.S. I bought this on AliExpress for $4 or $5 a few months ago, so this isn't really a good deal either way.
