Upgraded from the M1 iPad Pro to this during this deal...I don't really notice any speed differences currently, but obviously it will age better as this is 4 years newer and prepared for whatever AI Apple thinks up....also....the OLED screen is insanely great.

Meant to post this deal a few days ago. Just received mine. Great deal considering the big box stores had these for $899 before Christmas. At $799 with no sales tax and free delivery is awesome.

Right, just make the macbook air with detachable keyboard and a touch screen. Plus make the macbook air in an extra small size (11") and get rid of Ipad OS and the Ipad line totally.
Too many products doing almost the same thing.

I am glad they stop taking donations from the local goodwill stores in my area. Not only the employees were digging into all the stuff at my local store, they are so rude when I bring my stuff in bags or boxes. Later, I leave the good stuff open when I walked in and you can see the staff were checking on them and had much better attitude. It works the same way for most of the non-profit organizations, over 95% of your donations go to the employees and upper management.

I think veterans deserve a better discount than this. A couple of years ago the deals were 599 for veterans for the iPad Pro at AAFES.

This is why I have quit donating to Goodwill. The CEO and other higher up people earn millions a year. It's ridiculous.

You can transform the iPad into a computer with the right accessories. Project Managers have been doing this. Requires Magic Keyboard and mouse.

$800 is not that slick for iPad pro, considering the $550 deal in recent memory.

Yes, I'm aware. Been there, done that. More of a toy setup with very specific use cases like editing office 365 docs (or things like Jira/Atlassian on the browser) on the move. Main limitation is the OS - At this point when we have processors like the M4 running on an iPad, bring on the more complete MacOS to the ipad (and add touch capabilities to MacOS)
