I've used this for the last ~10 years for my Maine Coon mostly because I haven't found an unscented clumping litter that works better. But it does track around the house. It wasn't so noticeable at our old house with carpet but the new house has hardwood and I'm constantly stepping on granules. And it's not dust-free despite what people say. When we moved, I had to clean the room that had the litter box. Anybody who says it's dust-free is using a different definition of the term.

All that said, this is a good price. It's roughly what I've been paying for S&S for the smaller 20lb bag so I'm going to switch and drop my delivery to every 2 months.

I have been using this litter for the past 5 years and it's been excellent with regards to clumping. Generates a bit of dust and of course tracks a little since it gets caught in the pads of our 3 cats...but overall, an excellent product and fantastic price.

In for 8. But yes, the quality is certainly hit or miss. You also have to be certain you have at least 3 inches of litter in the pan at all times. That will help prevent the massive gooey pee sandcastle blobs stuck to the bottom.

This is the real pro tip. Uses no more litter per week, but maximizes the litter's effectiveness.

A&H Slide is way better than this. Tracks, dusty, and doesn't last long. Price is hard to beat though

I'm tempted to get a few despite having bought 12 35lb bags that were on clearance at the local Menards. They were $11.99, but each bag had a $3 coupon on it.

Chewy has same price. You can purchase multiples of the packs of 3 to get around their 2 limit on the singles.

Unbelievable that people still buying clay litter in 2024 instead of using Tidy Cats Breeze System + Amazon Basics Cat Pad Refills. Tech has changed. Also much easy and cheaper.

How well does it work for multiple cats? We have 4 cats and 5 litter boxes.

I am not sure for multiple cats. Also another trick using snack bags (100 bags for $2 in Aldi).

Stuff is garbage for my cats. Doesn't clump at all. When the clumps break up and spread you might as well throw out the whole litter and start new. Have been using unscented freshstep with much better results for scooping.
Been using it for a couple years and it clumps really well.
