Ymmv. Just had Amazon grant a refund without much of a hassle. I was actually surprised. Walmart sometimes does as well. I consider Walmart support to be how Amazon support used to be.

I would probably lookout for anything with interesting textures and/or sounds.

You may have better luck searching through toys/items not marketed as "sensory toys for visually impaired" or similar as those will likely have higher markup due to being so specific and a smaller market.

A few ideas: the pop toys, silicone products in kitchen or toy section, touch and feel books, musical instrument toys, and etc.
