A very basic no frills shelving unit. Will not hold 200lb per shelf though. Have bough in the past and max per shelf is probably around 75lb. Decent for pantries but would not recommend for garage

A very basic no frills shelving unit. Will not hold 200lb per shelf though. Have bough in the past and max per shelf is probably around 75lb. Decent for pantries but would not recommend for garage

Thanks, been shopping around for shelves and that's the lowest price I have seen for metal ones. You can use the coupon multiple times too if you order separately, just make sure you activate the coupon each time, in for 3.

Fine for lightweight items I guess

Recommended to spend a little more and get one with thicker material on the shelves.

You can get away with using a sheet of OSB cut to size as a shelf board to help distribute the weight, only to a certain extent

Compare the HDX version at Home Depot to this one, and you will see what I mean

I remember, 4 years ago, when Target would occasionally put this style shelving on sale (only 36" w x 72" h x 18" deep) for around this price. Good sturdy shelving, that you just don't see anymore. I guess this is a victim of "shrinkflation", in that regard.
