Correct. The 15% Amazon S&S deal is better than the Target deal.

Target is better if you aren't getting the 15% additional S&S discount.

Also, the Target deal is a good way to use up any gift cards you might have sitting in your account.

Not showing $15 Amazon credit at checkout after redeeming earlier and no luck with the promo code either

EDIT: according to replies, does not show at checkout on mobile but should on desktop. I ordered via mobile and can confirm I just got the email notification of $15 Amazon credit after my package delivered.
