I know we all want the real black friday and holiday season shopping back
But saying doorbuster on a non deal does not make it so.
btw you could get these games for $10 on PS and $8 on Xbox...so this is not even a good deal
Pricing is wildly different on PC games vs console. You can buy some Call of Duty games for $5 but on PC you are lucky to get the same game for less than $30. Other games are the complete opposite (especially games on the Switch).
Not to mention there doesn't seem to be massive overlap between people who are primarily console vs PC gamers.

Before Christmas Xbox under "just for you" discounts and early in December on PS. No longer available but historic prices matter when evaluating a deal
It was $8 - $10 total for both games? It's not coming up for me when I search on Slickdeals. Did you post that deal to Slickdeals at the time or have the link to the thread?
Also, where is a better price for the PC, or when has there been one? Not everyone has an Xbox or Playstation.

Both are pretty fun to at least do the walkthrough but after that the replay value is pretty much zero. It's weird because they could've very easily made this game with a lot of fun side quests and cool objects to obtain. There just aren't. I don't really care about different colored lightsabers and the other objects were just meh and repetitive.
Just finished my playthrough of Jedi Survivor yesterday night on PC. These are my thoughts as far as performance goes. PC specs, intel 13700kf 32gb ddr5 rtx 4090. First few hours are rough with constant shader loading hitches. Had about 6 complete crashes to desktop throughout my roughly 20 hour playthrough.
During several cutscenes Cals coat was glitching pretty badly and making it look like it was having a seizure behind him.
Even with all those issues I would still recommend the game if you liked the first one. IMO the story is a lot better in this one and sets up the final game in the trilogy nice. Gameplay for me was a lot of fun and filled the Jedi fantasy pretty nice. Story 8/10, gameplay 8/10, performance 4/10

These games would be classics if they included side content to hash out the story more. I haven't played Survivor (I really enjoyed Fallen Order), but according to How Long to Beat, beyond the main story the extras are worth 14 hours vs. 5 in the first and the completionist run adds an extra 19 hours on top of that vs 9.5 on the first. So it does seem like there's more content at least.

i have an amd + 4090 and no graphical or performance issues. solid if linear game that has better gameplay than the first but weaker story due to one really dumb plot decision...and no replay. could have been a classic with a couple tweaks. i hope the end of the trilogy improves.
