Listerine kills both good and bad bacteria and it's acidic ( some have PH below 5.0) which is bad for your teeth enamel ( causes erosion with repeated exposure)
Do your own research and STOP buying those chemical junk and putting it in your mouth. Big Companies are after their bottom line, not your health. Despite what their paid research results advertises.

Instead, look for natural alternatives, Like mixing Extra virgin Coconut oil with Cloves essential oil. My dentist what shocked by the results from the natural mouth wash route. No gum recession, no gum puffiness ( super healthy)
