No, he's just a real Slickdealer. The deal ain't slick unless you can justify buying more than you actually need.

IDK, the last pack of Dickies "work" socks I bought essentially dry rotted. The all eventually ripped at the top as I pulled them onto my feet. These are obviously different socks. Has anyone that bought these socks attest to their longevity?

I bought these socks this sort of sock. They're too thin.

How big is your foot? I'm a size 13 and I'm wearing the large and it's nice and roomy.
Really? Amazon recommend size13 for XL, I will give it a try.

they make the cushioning thinner each year
Meaning you need to stock up now for the next decade.

I just double checked and yes, I got 12 pair of large. Lots of room.

I grabbed two sets a couple of weeks ago and I like them. It's nice to have mostly cotton.

How is the compression on the feet?

I bought some hanes last year which actually have weak compression, I was displeased even when new.

not shortly after, the ball of feet area became loose (balooned) and it causes friction on the feet = blisters in a 2hr walk.

I don't think I can speak to the compression. They are not tight, but I am not bothered. Around the ankle, they have medium compression. Not tight around the foot.

I did do a 4 hour mountain hike in them last week. no issues for me .

No, I like buying in bulk because I hate sorting random socks after the dryer. This had a good cotton percentage too

I've bought a bigger package of these socks in white at full price, & i was satisfied. I don't spend lots on socks, so I've never tried Gucci, or whatever name brand socks exist, or are "in style" with the kids these days, but as far as socks that Walmart, JCPenney,, Dillards & other similar stores, these were great socks, IMO. I can't be sure these will be identical, but they look the same in pics. They have lasted much longer, & held their shape much better (didn't get stretched out) or get dingy as fast as fruit of the loom, hanes, polo/Ralph Lauren, or the Hilfiger socks that I've owned. I only wear white socks, so I'm speaking specifically about white versions of all those brands I've tried over the decades. Thanks, OP. In for 1 (i still have lots of brand new socks that i haven't needed to wear since i started buying Dickies quite a few years ago).
