Just a friendly PSA, as a fellow pet owner/lover: Minoxidil is incredibly toxic to cats and dogs.
Bought the foam last time.
Foam stops coming out when bottle is still full. I wouldn't recommend it.
Costco members can get the liquid at a similar price without the expiration date being so soon.
$14 for 6 bottles with $6 for shipping.

Did this happen with the Keeps foam solution or the Kirkland one?

I had the kirkland one and yeah same thing happened with two different bottles

This combined with a dermapen brought back most of my hair. Sometimes I get lazy with the dermapen and the drops/foam will maintain my hair but if I use the dermapen once a week my hair will grow quickly. Just have to stay consistent with it.
Which dermapen do you use?

Even if it says expired…it's fine. They put expiration dates mainly for purpose of making you buy more. You'll see larger size bottle of meds purchase by pharmacy have way longer shelf life than retail.

I ordered the liquid one. This is the last time that I am going to try Monoxidil of any brand. I have been using it over 15 years and I see not effect. I believe investing in a good shampoo is better than this.

Aye from everything I read using a good shampoo with biotins that's paraben free etc has more effects than any of these things.

Is the liquid version easy to apply? Do you have to wear mask/gloves when applying?

I'm tempted to start, I just bought 12 months supply of keeps foam one and 6 months of kirkland liquid but I do worry about side effects plus financial commitment. And also I'll habe to use finasteride which has even more potential side effects

I'd stick with Costco version. I tried the foam and didn't have any issues and way more reputable company.

There is a 30% chance this stuff will work on the front of your head too. It keeps my hairline from going across the top of my head so I don't look like a goofball. Costco's stuff is the way to go.

I have always been concerned about unwanted side effects from this hair loss chemical, who knows what it can do after 5-10 years use!
It's been around way longer than that.

It actually is somewhat individual. For some people and some type of hair loss it just doesn't work. For me it was helpful but not in a major way so I stopped using it. I have friends who had spectacular results and friends who had no results at all. I would say at this price it is worth trying for a year. There is only one other FDA approved thing called finasteride but my memory is that was stronger with possible more significant side effects so never tried it.

Also the only real "solution" is hair transplant which is way more expensive though.
Whatever finasteride does to your body (besides potentially regrowing hair), they don't let you donate blood if you're currently taking it. Possibly because of effects to pregnant women? Minoxidil is OK, though (for donating blood)

They come with a dropper for application. Bad if it gets in your eyes and recommended not to get on your fingers/hands

I always lurk the Minox deal threads and I usually see something come up regarding which brand people think works better or trust more.

FWIW, I've purchased and used at the very least Minox from Kirkland, Amazon and most recently Keeps- both foam and liquid. All of which have "made in Israel" on the label.

So either Israel is the Detroit of Minox with factories all over the place or the same single factory is making it for all the private labels.

My guess it's the latter and all the same so my recommendation is to shop for price.
