I received ones doa. The left hand remote control charger didn't work properly. After talking to CS and Google it seems like it's a VERY common and know issue with these. ANKER CS offer to replace it after I paid close to what it cost to ship it to them and after review they would mail a replacement expected to receive 10-14 days later. Easier just to return to woot. Horrible CS experience for a NIB product.

Same issue as above. Controllers are not charging in the cradle. Getting zero response from woot trying to return/replace.

Won't work with anything but the quest 2. Quest 3 headset and controls are a different shape so it won't fit.

I have one and just like above, one side of the dock stopped charging the controller about 2-3 months into owning it. Convenient but poorly made so I wouldn't recommend it.

I'm glad I skipped this deal last time. Eneloops in my battery daddy box provides unlimited power to my controllers (actually, I replace batteries only several times a year; is it worthwhile to keep charging your controllers?).

Seriously, just use rechargeable AAs for the controllers and plug in your headset with a normal wall brick when it needs to be charged. Not to mention it's incompatible with battery straps, Chorus earphones, controller grips, and multiple other common aftermarket accessories. There is very little point in buying this dock.

Bought same price weeks ago. Left one wouldn't charge. Then bought another. Freaking right one wouldn't charge. Saw a lot of similar comments. At least Woot refunded it. Didn't make me return it. But a lot of good it does to only charge one side. Def narrowed down to the docks. Not the batteries or the controllers. 🙄

As said by others. No straps fit with it. Just buy some eneloops.

Fair warning if you have the vive strap/audio upgrade it won't sit correctly on its own. You kinda gotta wiggle it in to get it to connect. Not sure about other straps.

It's easy to find a charger for Oculus 2 or 3 on Amazon for this price that's just as good as this brand. Ordered one of these and have used it for about 3 weeks without any issues. Paid $18 for it.
