Incredible TV for the money. Might be the best value per dollar spent on a Television right now. Even the built in sound is surprisingly decent.

Fantastic television. Literally the best value 4K HDR/DV-capable television for the money as mentioned. I've owned mine for a few months (bought for $499 at Best Buy in-store). Previously, I had a TCL 6-series R625 and while I used to think it offered a good HDR experience, once I switched to the QM7 I was stunned at how bright it gets and how deep the blacks go (not as deep as OLED, but close enough) once you tweak the settings. The built-in audio is not garbage either which was a nice surprise, although I use a dedicated receiver for everything anyways.. Note that the eARC input for this television is limited to 4K 60Hz.
Also, if anyone can find a specific number of local dimming zones for the 55" model, please let me know. I can't find it online anywhere, but it looks like the number is over 1,000

It's a great offer on eBay but you can only buy a 3-year protection plan. However, at Walmart, the price is $74 higher, but a 5-year protection plan is offered.

Depends on what you want in a TV. MiniLED will be brighter at the expense of black levels being raised slightly, OLED will be less bright with deeper blacks for a higher effective contrast ratio.

Great tv. Price usually drops to $500 every other month and $700 the other times, not $1300.

Is there a good budget 65" mini-LED TV out now? My parents have an OLED that was destroyed in 2 years by burn-in so I want to avoid OLEDs.

Bunch of other tvs on sale from the same seller with the code, including LG C4, Hisense UN8, etc. worth looking through if you've had your eye on a certain model.

Tell your parents fox news is terrible propaganda and leaving it on 24/7 will ruin any tv and their brains

Google TV's performance downgrades so fast I can't recommend it.

For the 55" model, using basic YouTube HDR zone test, I count 36 zones across/horizontal and 20 down, or 720 zones.

Happy deal hunting.

That's a lot not sure if I will wait for next year's version or get this one later this year...
