Steam saunas generally only go to 115 degrees F. The steam can't get any hotter. If you want a dry sauna with higher temps you need to spend a lot more. I have used both steam and dry saunas and I find either one works great. I don't have the space for a dry sauna set-up in my house so the steam sauna is the perfect solution.
No water collects at the bottom. I simply put a towel on the floor and replace it daily.
The only downside is the little foldable chair that comes with the sauna. It is too low and not comfortable. So I bought this teak wood bench at Costco.

Much more comfortable and 18" is the perfect height.
Use Grok AI for suggesting on how to increase the temperature of you steam sauna... I'm going to use some of the passive tips. But may shop around for a higher energy output steaming device to replace the one mine came with.

Add a second steamer device.
Reduce heat loss dramatically
Put a thick blanket or moving blanket over the entire top and all four sides (leave just the zipper area open).
Put a thick towel or yoga mat under the plastic floor mat.
Stuff towels around the hose entry hole and along the bottom zipper.
Close or cover the top vent hole with tape or a towel.
